Caring for Elders in Indiana.
You don't need to feel alone in caring for an elder. With Caregiver Homes of Indiana's community-based program, you'll be able to provide high quality, 24-hour, care at home.
We'll help make it possible for you, as a family member or friend, to become the primary in-home caregiver by providing you with the support and financial assistance you need. Daily stipend amounts are determined by level of care and state Adult Foster Care regulations.
The Caregiver Homes model of care is recognized as Structured Family Caregiving in Indiana.
For many elders, the option to stay at home with familiar surroundings, routines and people is not only the preferred choice, but also one that can provide short and long-term health benefits. And many of our caregivers also find that once they have the training and support they need, keeping a loved one at home is a source of personal pride and satisfaction.
Indiana is a state that also provides support in this model of care to persons with disabilities and their caregivers. Learn more here.
